Well I thought that his previous book 30 minute meals was a little keen but now Jamie Oliver is back with a new book, 15 minute meals!
The book is literally just that, quick to make meals which are tasty and nutritious that can be eaten every day of the week, so perfect for those with a long commute or who just want to save time after a busy day’s work.
The book is organised into the following chapters
- Serve & Cook
- Soups & Sarnies
Ultimately the question will be raised can you actually cook these meals in 15 minutes, I would say some and some, if you don’t count your prep time and have everything laid out then yes, but for me just enjoy the cooking and if it takes 20-25 mins then so be it!
